“The Fiddler’s rest” situated between Glenties and Mass is one of the very few remaining pre-famine cottages. Overlooking Gweebarra Bay and Ardara Bay the cottage is 3 miles from the beautifull sandy beach of Portnoo, 30 minutes drive from Donegal town and its craft village, 30 minutes from the fishing harbour of Killibegs. Walk or drive around the stony hills, the little fields, the lakes and the bogs.
